These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Sizing Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, bed dimensions (cm/inches), harness chest circumference charts, and pricing. Breed recommendations are intended solely as general guidelines; pet owners are strongly encouraged to physically measure their pet's chest girth and sleeping footprint prior to ordering. Zazu Pets reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Pet Safety, Chewing & Non-Medical Wellness Disclaimer

Pet Supervision & Chewing Safety Notice: No fabric bed, plush donut lounger, leash, or puzzle toy is entirely indestructible against aggressive chewing, digging, or persistent biting. Always monitor your pet when introducing new bedding or toys. Regularly inspect harnesses, leashes, and buckles for signs of wear. Non-Medical Comfort Notice: Zazu Pets calming beds and ergonomic loungers are designed for lifestyle comfort and pressure-relief support. They are not medical orthotics and do not replace licensed veterinary care or prescribed therapies for hip dysplasia, degenerative joint disease, or chronic anxiety disorders. Zazu Pets is not liable for swallowed materials, internal blockages, escaped pets, or injuries resulting from unsupervised chewing, aggressive destruction, or improper harness fit.
